Cabinet country process

Step 1: preliminary planning & pricing

• Schedule an appointment with us by calling (863) 272.7720 to discuss the details of making your new dream home.
  • We provide consultation services in person, over the phone or internet – whichever way suits your needs better.
• Provide your plan or just these few very important details, and we will help you with the planning:
  • Length of walls,
  • Door & window locations,
  • And ceiling height.
• Photos of your space, either in print or digital, are always helpful.
• A layout, design & rendering will then be prepared base on these initial discussions.
• Once we have finalized your design, we will provide you with 3d renderings for your approval.
• After you approve the layout, we will provide you with an estimate based on that design.
  • At this point we will adjust the design & price to fit within your budget if necessary.

Step 2: entering into a purchase agreement

• We will produce an invoice based on all the details determined during the initial phase of the process.
• If needed, we will also make any alterations necessary to the initial drawing after we conduct a field measurement & verification ourselves.
  • In some cases, we allow the customer and/or their contractor to verify these.
• Once purchase agreement has been finalized & all initial deposits have been paid, we will move forward with production order.

Step 3: production & installation of cabinets

• Once we place the order into production, changes are no longer possible.
• Within 2-3 days after placing production order, we will supply you with a more accurate delivery date & schedule.
• Once cabinets are delivered to your home, we will start the process of installation if you have elected for us to install your cabinets.
• After cabinets have been installed, we will collect the final installation payment and prepare for next step.

Step 4: template & installation of countertops

• Now that your cabinets are installed, we will visit your home to do a template of your countertops.
• After the template is finished, we will start fabrication of your countertops.
• Within 5-7 days after templating, we will schedule & arrive at your new home to install your new countertops.
• The final step is to pay the remaining money due for the entire purchase agreement.
